Berlin, May 2, 2023 - PSI Automotive & Industry GmbH was awarded the special prize "Future Capability of Architecture" as part of the Factory Innovation Award and also took second place in the category "Factory Software Platform".
Based on the component orientation of the software and the use of mature integration technology, it supports a transformable and cross-linked production environment. Due to the group-wide highly available and scalable PSI platform, on which the ERP and MES solution PSIpenta is also based, customers benefit from flexible and future-proof investments.
With the cloud-based PSI App Store, PSI is also setting the prerequisites for further digitalization and faster growth. Thus, it it possible to install and use new software within minutes. PSI's Collaboration Space complements the PSI App Store as a central environment for knowledge transfer and collaboration.
The festive award ceremony took place at the Hannover Messe on 19 April 2023 in Hall 3 on the Industrial Transformation Stage, where numerous innovative software solutions were presented in seven categories.
The "Factory Software of the Year" competition is one of the most important smart factory software awards in Europe, which aims to provide the best expert information on Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory. The jury consisted of top-class digital and industry experts.
